Purchasing & Payments
How do I buy on your site?
- Select a category from the homepage.
- Browse the products within the chosen category.
- Click on a product for a detailed description.
- Select quantity and attributes (size, etc.), then click “Add to Cart”.
- You can either continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
- In checkout, review your cart and enter shipping/billing addresses (first-time buyers) or go directly to payment (returning customers).
How do I pay for an order that is Awaiting Payment?
- All payment methods require immediate payment. If your order is in "Awaiting Payment," you can return to checkout to pay again.
- You have 24 hours to complete payment before the order is canceled.
What if a product is sold out?
- To be notified when a sold-out product is back in stock, visit the product page, complete the "out of stock" form, and click submit.
What payment methods are available?
- Credit Card: VISA & Mastercard through PayFast
- Debit Card: VISA & Mastercard through PayFast
- Direct EFT: through OZOW or PayFast

How long does delivery take?
- Main Centres: 2-4 working days
- Outlying Areas: 4-8 working days
How can I track my order?
- You will receive an email with a tracking link and number once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
- You can also track your order using the link provided in the email or by calling us.
What are the delivery options and costs?

Orders of R750+:
- Standard (door to door): Free
- Pargo: R79
- Express (CPT/JHB/PTA): R99
- Collection in Store (Paarl branch only): Free

Returns & Exchanges
How do I log a return?
- Email us at info@sportsa.co.za with your order number and reason for the return. We will schedule a courier to collect the item.
How long does an exchange take?
- We cannot send a new item until the original product is returned. Once approved, we will collect the returned item and deliver the new product after inspection at our warehouse.

How do I pay for an order?
- We recommend using "Payfast" at checkout for:
- Credit Card: VISA & Mastercard
- Debit Card: VISA & Mastercard
- Prices will be shown in ZAR (South African Rand).
Are duties & taxes included in the price?
- Duties and taxes are not included in the online price. DHL pays customs on your behalf, and you will need to repay them for delivery.

How long does delivery take?
- DHL Express delivery time varies from 3-10 working days depending on the destination.
How can I track my order?
- You will receive a DHL Express tracking link and number via email once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
What are the delivery options and costs?
- We use DHL Express for all international orders; shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your area.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I log a return?
- Email us at info@sportsa.co.za with your order number and reason for the return. You are responsible for all return costs.
How long does an exchange take?
- Similar to returns, the new item will be sent after the original product is returned and inspected.
