Purchasing & Payments

How do I buy on your site?

  1. Select a category from the homepage.
  2. Browse the products within the chosen category.
  3. Click on a product for a detailed description.
  4. Select quantity and attributes (size, etc.), then click “Add to Cart”.
  5. You can either continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
  6. In checkout, review your cart and enter shipping/billing addresses (first-time buyers) or go directly to payment (returning customers).

How do I pay for an order that is Awaiting Payment?

  • All payment methods require immediate payment. If your order is in "Awaiting Payment," you can return to checkout to pay again.
  • You have 24 hours to complete payment before the order is canceled.

What if a product is sold out?

  • To be notified when a sold-out product is back in stock, visit the product page, complete the "out of stock" form, and click submit.

What payment methods are available?

How long does delivery take?

  • Main Centres: 2-4 working days
  • Outlying Areas: 4-8 working days

How can I track my order?

  • You will receive an email with a tracking link and number once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
  • You can also track your order using the link provided in the email or by calling us.

What are the delivery options and costs?

  • Orders of R750+:
    • Standard (door to door): Free
    • Pargo: R79
    • Express (CPT/JHB/PTA): R99
    • Collection in Store (Paarl branch only): Free
  • Orders of less than R750:
    • Standard (door to door): R79
    • Pargo: R79
    • Express (CPT/JHB/PTA): R99

Returns & Exchanges

How do I log a return?

  • Email us at info@sportsa.co.za with your order number and reason for the return. We will schedule a courier to collect the item.

How long does an exchange take?

  • We cannot send a new item until the original product is returned. Once approved, we will collect the returned item and deliver the new product after inspection at our warehouse.

How do I pay for an order?

  • We recommend using "Payfast" at checkout for:
    • Credit Card: VISA & Mastercard
    • Debit Card: VISA & Mastercard
  • Prices will be shown in ZAR (South African Rand).

Are duties & taxes included in the price?

  • Duties and taxes are not included in the online price. DHL pays customs on your behalf, and you will need to repay them for delivery.

Can I order by phone?

  • DHL Express delivery time varies from 3-10 working days depending on the destination.

How can I track my order?

  • You will receive a DHL Express tracking link and number via email once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

What are the delivery options and costs?

  • We use DHL Express for all international orders; shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your area.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I log a return?

  • Email us at info@sportsa.co.za with your order number and reason for the return. You are responsible for all return costs.

How long does an exchange take?

  • Similar to returns, the new item will be sent after the original product is returned and inspected.
